Order Processing Time

All of our products are made to order.
Our current processing (production) time is 4–5 business days before shipment.

Processing times may be extended during peak demand periods, promotions, or holidays. If an order is expected to exceed our normal processing window, we will contact you directly.

This timeline reflects the time required to manufacture, inspect, and package each order.


Shipping Timeframes

Once your order has been produced and shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • USPS Ground Advantage / First Class: 2–5 business days

  • USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days

Shipping time does not include processing time.

Carrier delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update after the label is created.


Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at checkout.

Orders returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Failure to claim packages from the carrier

may require additional shipping charges to reship.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date). Photos may be required to assist with claims or replacements.
